Many people come to me with concerns around weight, digestion, or ongoing symptoms that don’t fit neatly into one box. In reality, these issues are often connected.
Digestive problems, weight struggles, fatigue, low mood, aches, or feeling run-down can all be signs that your body is out of balance. Nutrition and lifestyle support looks at the whole picture, not just one symptom in isolation.
Rather than quick fixes or one-off appointments, I work with you over time to understand what’s really going on and to support change that lasts. Your support is personalised to your health history, lifestyle, food preferences, and day-to-day commitments — because no two people are the same.
When we work together, I’ll take an in-depth look at your health and lifestyle, including current and past medical history. We’ll then continue to meet or speak regularly over a number of weeks, adjusting your plan as needed and supporting you through changes so they feel realistic and achievable.

3 appointments over 6 weeks- What’s included:

- Focused is for people who don’t have any significant health concerns and want to make meaningful adjustments to an already good routine, with expert guidance and flexibility, to support better energy, balance, and overall wellbeing.
- You’ll receive practical, realistic nutrition and lifestyle support to help you move in the right direction, with reassurance that you’re on track and support available when you need it.

5 appointments over 8 weeks- What’s included
- • 1 × 90-minute initial consultation.
- • 4 × 30–45-minute follow-up appointments.
- Who this is for
- Supported is for people who are experiencing health complaints, including challenges with weight, and want ongoing, personalised nutrition and lifestyle support to improve their health, wellbeing, and relationship with food so they can feel better and build lasting improvements.
- We’ll review your progress every couple of weeks, adjust your plan as needed, and focus on addressing underlying causes rather than quick fixes. Support is personalised, realistic, and designed to fit real life.
Guided
7 appointments over 10 weeks- What’s included
- • 1 × 90-minute initial consultation.
- • 6 × 30–45-minute follow-up appointments.
- Who this is for
- Guided provides the highest level of support and is best suited to people with more complex or long-standing concerns, or those who want regular accountability and close guidance throughout the process. This option offers more hands-on support for clients who benefit from being guided step by step, with regular check-ins and reassurance along the way.
- With more frequent check-ins, we’ll work together to overcome obstacles, refine your plan, and build habits that support your health well beyond the programme.
