Meet Carrie
I’ll be completely honest — I wasn’t always passionate about food.
For years, I was a very fussy eater and didn’t give much thought to how what I ate affected my health. After training as a dancer, I began experiencing frequent injuries and joint pain that stopped me from doing what I loved. I didn’t want things to get worse or rely on medication, and I realised I needed to take responsibility for my own health.
That search for a different approach introduced me to the powerful role food and lifestyle play in how we feel. Over time, with the right changes, I was able to reduce pain, recover better, and get back to living fully.
I share this because I want you to know that I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body isn’t cooperating. I’ve been there. I also know how transformative the right nutrition and lifestyle support can be — not overnight, but with patience, understanding, and the right guidance.
That personal experience is what drives my work today. As a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, I support people who want to feel better, regain confidence in their health, and make changes that are realistic and sustainable for real life.
