The key to sustained weight loss is to develop a long term eating plan that is bespoke to your individual needs.
This then becomes less of a weight loss plan but simply a healthy way of living. My aim is to identify and address any barriers that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. These barriers can be much more complex than just simply overeating. There is a combination of factors at play which vary from person to person. Common factors include nutrient deficiencies, blood sugar imbalances, low mood or slow metabolism.
We are all Individuals with varying and complex health needs and diverse personal situations. One-off appointments rarely tackle the root of the problem or offer lasting results. My programmes are personalised to your specific needs, taking into account work and home life as well as food preferences and budget.
When we meet I will make an in-depth assessment of your health and lifestyle taking into account current and past medical history. We’ll then continue to meet or speak on a regular basis over a number of weeks. I will support you through any changes so that your diet evolves positively over time. 6 Week programme / 3 Appointments- 6 Week programme.
- Initial Consultation. 90 mins.
- 2 Follow Up Appointments every 3 weeks. 30 – 45 mins each.
- Essential is for people who are looking to make positive changes in their diet and lifestyle.
- It offers minimal contact but lots of accountability. This means that you can work at your own pace and on your own schedule, but with the support and guidance you need to stay on track.
- It is designed for people with busy lives that often find it challenging to prioritise their health and nutrition when they have lots of other responsibilities and commitments.
- Essential is a comprehensive and supportive program that can help you achieve your healthy eating goals. With expert advice and guidance, you can be confident that you’re on the right track to improving your health and well-being.
Advanced
10 Week programme / 6 Appointments- 10 Week programme.
- Initial Consultation. 90 mins.
- 5 Fortnightly Follow-Up Appointments. 30 – 45 mins each.
- In the Advanced programme, we’ll create a personalised plan for your needs and goals. We’ll have catch-ups every two weeks to adjust your plan and provide support. If medication isn’t working for your health issue, we’ll explore alternative options and address the root cause of your issue. We’ll take a holistic approach, considering all aspects of your health, including physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- We will work together to address any imbalances or deficiencies and create a plan that is sustainable and effective for you in the long-term.

Ultimate

- The Ultimate programme is an enhanced level of support for those with more complex health requirements or who want additional accountability to achieve their goals and are fully committed to the process of their wellness journey.
- We will work together to overcome any hurdles you may feel are getting in the way of your progress and create a personalised plan that is right for you. We will have weekly catch-ups where we can discuss your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
